𝗖𝗢𝗩𝗜𝗗-19 𝗚𝗨𝗘𝗦𝗧 𝗨𝗣𝗗𝗔𝗧𝗘 - NEW BOOKINGS
𝙒𝘼𝙄𝙏𝙄𝙉𝙂 𝙇𝙄𝙎𝙏 2020 𝘿𝘼𝙏𝙀𝙎
As everything is very uncertain at this time and we do not know exactly when Cala Gran will re-open I have started a waiting list for new bookings.
This is for July dates onwards only. 𝙋𝙇𝙀𝘼𝙎𝙀 𝙉𝙊𝙏𝙀 any guest who is already booked in and needs to change the date of their break due to park being closed for their booked dates will take priority over anyone on the waiting list.
To be added to the waiting list
1️⃣ Choose the dates you wish to book
2️⃣ Check the price lists on the website for availability (links below)
3️⃣ EMAIL 𝙘𝙜𝙥𝙡𝙚𝙩𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜𝙨@𝙜𝙢𝙖𝙞𝙡.𝙘𝙤𝙢 with the number of guests/minimum bedrooms and if pet friendly/pet free is required
4️⃣ I will reply only to confirm you are on the list
5️⃣ Once we receive confirmation that the park is open you will receive an email with details of the suitable caravans available for your dates
6️⃣ Should you wish to continue details for payment of the deposit and/or balance (whichever is appropriate for your dates) will be sent and payment should be made immediately to secure your break.
❗️No payment will be required and no other confirmation will be issued.
Please note no date is secured until deposit/balance has been received. This is a waiting list only.
NEW BOOKINGS FOR 2021
All new bookings for 2021 will be accepted as normal. A £50 deposit will be required for all new 2021 dates
𝗖𝗢𝗩𝗜𝗗-19 𝗚𝗨𝗘𝗦𝗧 𝗨𝗣𝗗𝗔𝗧𝗘 - EXISTING BOOKINGS
You may have seen that Haven have new breaks called Haven Hideaway. This basically means holiday maker guests will only be able to use holiday home accommodation and use the following facilities - supermarkets, launderette, our range of takeaway food options and of course enjoy the beautiful British coastline. All other facilities will be closed(𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗹 𝗴𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝘀𝗮𝘆 𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘄𝗶𝘀𝗲).
As I’m sure you can imagine this is with the safety of you, the holiday home owners & staff in mind and the decision has been made after considering all factors including social distancing and cleaning. 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝗮𝗻 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘂𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.
At this time I would ask that you 𝗱𝗼𝗻𝘁 𝗽𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗰 about your break. We do not yet know 💯% if the parks will be able to reopen in July or even at all. This will depend on the government instructions. Once we are able to take holidays I’m sure that the majority of you will love the chance of a getaway and change of scenery after being cooped up in your houses for such a long time. There are lovely walks & beaches nearby 🥰 Please remember when booking privately you book on an accommodation basis only. Funworks passes purchased from Haven allow you to use the Haven facilities.
𝗨𝗻𝗳𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗹𝘆, 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂, 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗴𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁, 𝗱𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗹 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗯𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗸 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗺𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗹𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗱𝗲𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗯𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗳𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗱.
This terrible situation has come as 𝙝𝙪𝙜𝙚 blow to all the caravan owners who let their caravans to help with the bills. It would be a 𝙈𝘼𝙎𝙎𝙄𝙑𝙀 help if you could consider moving your booking until later in the year or 2021 if you can rather than asking for a refund (should the owner need to cancel your break).
𝙄𝙩 𝙬𝙤𝙪𝙡𝙙 𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙮, 𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙮 𝙝𝙚𝙡𝙥 𝙖𝙩 𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙨 𝙢𝙤𝙨𝙩 𝙙𝙞𝙛𝙛𝙞𝙘𝙪𝙡𝙩 𝙩𝙞𝙢𝙚.
